Peachy WOD is a dynamic combination of exercises that target different muscle groups to keep you focused throughout your session. Deadlifts he prepares 12 times to train his back chain, then sleds he does 12 times to build core and upper body strength. Feel the burn in 12 Bulgarian Split Squats, targeting your lower body for stability.
But we’re just getting started! Prepare for a 12-row renegade to build strength in your back and arms, followed by 20 jump squats to build strength and boost your explosive power. Take a breather with 30 sit-ups to tone your abs and build a strong core foundation.
The excitement continues with 40 kettlebell swings. This is a full-body workout that improves strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. And finally, finish off with 50 rounds of 3 punch combinations and kicks to unleash your inner martial artist and feel empowered.
