The WOD begins with two five-minute rounds of AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) exercises. He begins by doing 20 Turkish Get-Ups, powerful movements that work the core, arms and legs. Feel the flare as you perform each rise with precision and control.

Next, throw in a roundhouse kick and unleash 20 powerful strikes to tone your lower body and build cardiovascular endurance. The combination of strength and agility required for this move will make you feel a force to be reckoned with.

Maintain momentum with 20 TRX Jump Lunges to challenge your leg muscles and improve your explosive power. He then performs 20 of his V-ups to target core muscles and enhance overall stability and balance.

But the challenges don’t stop there. Work on 10 pull-ups to test your upper body strength and develop a stronger back and arms.

After completing four laps or sprints, prepare for the next AMRAP exercise. This time, we will conquer 20 Man Makers, Grover Sprawl, Burpee, KB Swing, and KB Deadlift. These moves will push your endurance, strength, and mental resilience to new heights.
