We’ve put together a combination of exercises that will work your entire body and get your heart pumping. Get ready for the Bulgarian Split Squat, Clean Squat Press, Mountain Climber, Roundhouse Kick, V-Up, Snatch and Windmill, Single Arm Swing, and Power Punch. This is a high intensity workout that tests your endurance and strength.
