Led by Coach Thera, this intensive circuit training class is designed to challenge every muscle in your body and take your fitness to the next level. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or a beginner, this workout will push you to the limit and help you reach your fitness goals.
The workout consists of two rounds, each with a series of exercises that test your strength, endurance and mental toughness. Round 1 includes Rowing, Power Kicks, KB Jerks, Jump Lunges and KB Carry Wraps. Round 2 includes Plank Hip Dip, Low RH Power/Body RH Power, Double Rack Squat, BW Squat, Sled Push/Pull, and Walking Lunges.
