Horrible WOD is a series of push-ups and punches combined with kicks designed to work your upper, core and lower body simultaneously. He starts by doing 10 push-ups to warm up his chest, shoulders and triceps. He then unleashes a flurry of punches, followed by his two powerful kicks, moving his entire body in a dynamic sequence.
As your training progresses, you’ll do fewer push-ups and more punches and kicks. This progressive format challenges your endurance and mental resilience and encourages you to dig deep and find the inner strength to keep pushing forward.
Coach Shane will be there to guide you through every rep and provide motivation when you need it most. His enthusiasm and professional guidance will help you stay focused, maintain proper form, and overcome fatigue and doubts.
