Your workout begins with lateral burpees. This is an exercise that gets your heart pumping and your legs moving. This is followed by the Alligator His Rose, an exercise that works the upper body and improves overall strength. Ninja he then performs a jump or a prisoner squat. This is an exercise that targets the legs and glutes.
Then move on to the bag slam, an exercise that works your whole body and improves your overall power. Then perform the double under, an exercise that tests your speed and agility.
After completing the circuit, perform 100 Power Punches. This is an exercise that will tone your upper body and improve your overall power.
