Your workout begins with a wall ball, an exercise that tests your cardio endurance and leg strength. Then perform the Sumo Deadlift High-Puls with dual kettlebells. This is an exercise that works your whole body and improves your overall strength.

Then move on to the box jump, an exercise that targets your legs and glutes. Followed by a push press with dual kettlebells targeting the chest, triceps and shoulders.

The next exercise, rowing, targets your back and core, followed by a kettlebell swing. This will train your whole body and increase your overall power.

This circuit training will challenge your limits, but the feeling of accomplishment after completing it will be worth it.
