Looking for a workout that challenges your endurance and power? AMERICAN WOMAN is the workout of the day for Self Defense Academy. This high-intensity AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) routine, led by a Thera coach, will test your strength, endurance and power.
The workout begins with a series of power kicks that get your heart pounding and your legs moving. This is followed by a series of kettlebell he exercises that work the whole body and improve overall strength.
Next, perform a series of exercises that target your upper body and improve your posture. This is followed by a series of Battle Rope exercises that work the arms, shoulders and core.
The fifth exercise is a full-body workout that challenges power and core strength. The final exercise is a series of exercises that work on balance, stability and strengthening the lower body.
