It all starts with a frog hop rap. This is a fun and dynamic exercise that gets your heart pumping and your legs strong. Next, throw a few punches with Guard Punch to build core and upper body strength. Pull-ups or TRX rows may be needed the next, and exercises can be customized to suit your fitness level and equipment availability.
Over time, unleash your inner boxer by unleashing power with overhead punches aimed at the shoulder. Keep your momentum going with push-ups, a classic exercise that works your chest, triceps, and core. Challenge your abs with V-Ups for a powerful contraction of your legs and upper body.
And to top it off, we introduce the iconic KB Swing, a full-body exercise that builds strength, explosiveness, and endurance. Feel your hips, buttocks and arms burn as you swing the kettlebell with confidence.
