Finding Balance: Guts Class Adventures with Seracoach

In a world filled with constant demands and ever-growing to-do lists, finding balance can feel like an elusive quest. But fear not. Let the Thera Coach lead you on the transformational journey of the GRIT class. Get ready to dive into the ‘Finding Balance’ WOD and discover the power of balance in both body and mind.

The workout begins with a series of 3-minute AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) over 3 rounds, giving you a total of 36 minutes to explore and exceed your limits. Each station is carefully designed to challenge different aspects of fitness while maintaining the essence of balance.

Station 1 will experience the rhythm of controlled movement with hip dips and body saws. As you perform these exercises, feel your core strengthen and gain stability and precision with each rep. Then, revitalize your lower body with explosive jump squats that leave your legs light and ready to take on any challenge.

Move to Station 2 to incorporate strength and conditioning. Thruster is a dynamic combination of squat and overhead press that tests your full-body strength and control. Transition seamlessly from the deadlift to the squat, a move that demands both strength and flexibility. And don’t forget to kick! Unleash your inner martial artist by unleashing your legs with speed and precision.

Station 3 gives you the perfect balance of upper body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Challenge yourself with pull-ups and feel your back muscles tighten with each repetition. Switch gears to 3-way push-ups and target your chest, triceps, and shoulders from different angles. And to top it all off, punch with a burst of energy and determination that leaves no doubt about your resilience.
