Perfect for Led by energetic Coach Johnson, this GRIT class is designed to help you push your limits and reach your fitness goals.
“This Workout Is Killing Me” WOD is an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) style workout that tests your strength, endurance and mental toughness. A combination of exercises that tones your whole body and gives you a sense of accomplishment.
The workout begins with a 30 KB deadlift that works your glutes chain and strengthens your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back muscles. Then move on to his 40 curls that target the biceps and build arm strength. 15 Triceps His dips challenge your upper body and help tone your triceps.
But we’re just getting started! The next exercise will really get your heart pumping. He does 25 burpees, a full-body exercise that combines cardio and strength training. 25 push-ups will further strengthen your chest, shoulders and triceps. Twenty of his 3-punch combinations test coordination and speed, while a 250-meter low row tests his cardio endurance.
Coach Johnson will accompany you every step of the way, motivating you and ensuring proper form and technique. The supportive and energetic atmosphere of the GRIT class will help you stay motivated and push through each round.
