The “Santeria” WOD is a 36-minute workout divided into 4 stations, each targeting a different muscle group and energy system. Move from station to station in a continuous circuit, pushing your body to new heights with maximum effort.

Station 1: Rowing and Power Punch Start with an intense rowing session that challenges your cardio endurance. Followed by 40 power punches to strengthen upper body and core muscles. This station will tone your workout, get your heart rate up and revitalize your energy.

Station 2: Heina Get ready for a full-body challenge at the Heina Station. Combine pull-ups, push-ups and squats to work your back, chest, arms and lower body. Combine strength training with bodyweight training to test your muscle endurance and push you to the limit.

Station 3: Shuttle Run & Sit-Up Switch gears and focus on speed and core strength at the Shuttle Run & Sit-Up Station. Train your agility and explosiveness as you sprint 30 shuttle runs. Then move on to 30 sit-ups to work your abs and build a strong core foundation.

Station 4: Novio The final station, Novio, tests power and muscular endurance. Combine rainbow slams, curls and presses, and crunches to target your entire body. Combining explosive movement with controlled strength exercises will challenge your stamina and give you a sense of accomplishment.
