Known as “Rusty Nail,” today’s workout is designed to challenge your whole body and keep you feeling tense. Get ready for an exhilarating session that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized. We have a line up of exercises that will test your strength, stability and endurance.
First, let’s train the core and upper body from the wall wiper. Next, increase your explosive power while working your legs, glutes, and shoulders with the Wall He ball. Unleash your inner boxer and let your fists fly with bagwork while improving your cardiovascular fitness.
Next, we introduce the TRX Back Fly, which targets the upper back muscles and promotes better posture and stability. Grab a kettlebell and lift it overhead to work your shoulders, triceps, and core while performing the challenging KB overhead press. Are you ready to improve your agility? From slalom to sprint, you can move quickly and dynamically to develop coordination and speed.
Last but not least, focus on strengthening your lower body with 3/4 squats that activate your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. Feel the burn as you power each rep and build up the strength you’ve been working on in your lower body.
