DOIN’ TIME, IN ASD WOD is designed to push you to new heights and challenge your physical and mental strength. Feel empowered and accomplished as you prepare for an exhilarating workout.

The session begins with a resistance crawl. This is a unique exercise that targets your entire body and tests your core stability. Crawl forward with your muscles, feeling the fire as you move and gaining strength.

From there, unleash your power in a series of vigorous movements. Push-ups work your upper body and core, while punches unleash your inner warrior spirit. Feel the adrenaline rush through your body with every powerful punch.

The next box jump tests your lower body strength and explosiveness. Jump into the box with determination and land with precision. This is a thrilling exercise that will make you feel like you are conquering new heights.

After you catch your breath, work your core with the Russian Twist, a dynamic move that targets the obliques and improves rotational stability. Twist from side to side to feel your abs burn and strengthen your entire midsection.

Get ready to take your kicks to the next level with a series of high-energy kicks. Bring out your inner martial artist and deliver each kick with force and precision. Feel the energy radiate throughout your body as you reach your full potential.
