Are you ready to push your limits and take your strength and endurance to new heights? Join Baseline WOD’s Self-Defense Academy. This is a challenging workout designed to help you assess your fitness level and track your progress over time. Get ready to sweat, breathe hard and feel on fire.
The Baseline WOD consists of 3 rounds, each packed with different exercises targeting different muscle groups. It all starts with a powerful 500-meter row of cardio that gets your heart pumping and your lungs working. Gear up and get ready to unleash your inner rowing champion!
Once you’ve mastered rowing, tackle 40 squats to tone your lower body muscles and strengthen your legs and glutes. Feel your fire with every squat and reclaim your power with determination. But the challenges don’t stop there.
Next, do 30 sit-ups to tone your core and strengthen your abs. Keep your feet firmly in place and flex with control and feel your abs burn. Your midsection will thank you later!
Be prepared to feel the strength in your upper body as you transition into push-ups. When he does 20 push-ups, he builds strength in his chest, shoulders, and triceps. Lower your body with control and power backup to keep your core focused and your form correct.
