Start with 23 squats to work your lower body and work your leg muscles. Then he does 16 push-ups that target his chest, shoulders and triceps. 8 Explosive Boxes Maintain momentum with his jumps and challenge power and agility.
Get ready for an exhilarating 8 burpees, a full-body workout that combines squats, planks and jumps. Catch your breath and get ready for his 23 Boxer Ups, a dynamic move that works your core, shoulders and coordination.
Unleash your martial arts talent with 16 rounds of rapid-fire kicks (leg, body and head strikes). Tone your core and challenge your abs with 8 sit-ups and reverse crunch moves. And finally, finish strong with a 23 ground and pound to unleash your inner fighter while delivering powerful strikes.
