Ready to join the 410 Club? Your workout starts with 50 punches to get your heart pumping and your adrenaline pumping. Then move on to his 15 TRX dips that challenge upper body strength. Next is his walking his lunge for 50 overheads that tests balance and lower body strength. After completing another set of TRX dips, he moves on to a full-body 50 KB swing. His 50 meds his ball his sit-ups that follow target the core muscles and build a strong foundation. Then back on the TRX to do another dip and finish the workout with 100 his RH kicks and his 50 reverse his crunches.
