Push your limits with the “Pushover” WOD

Looking for a workout that will test your strength, endurance and mental grit? Look no further than GRIT classes and ‘push over’ WODs with Coach Andrea.

The “Push Over” WOD is a 1-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout that will push your limits and challenge your whole body. Work through a series of exercises including alternating swings, rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions, lunges, high pulls, clean & squats, bare rows, skull crushers, and clean squat presses. To add an extra challenge, perform 10 push-ups after each move.
