Today’s workout, entitled “Catch Me If You Can,” will get you moving and feeling the adrenaline rush. A series of exercises that test strength, agility and endurance will keep you focused and excited throughout the session.
Start by doing 20 wrestler sit-ups to activate your core and improve mobility. Then perform his 10 jump squats to work the lower body and increase explosive power. Ready to channel your inner martial artist?Perform Grover’s Sprawl five times as he trains your entire body while improving your coordination.
Then, grab a kettlebell and master five kettlebell thrusters that target multiple muscle groups like your legs, shoulders, and core. Go from burpees to long jumps and perform 5 burpees followed by a dynamic long jump to test your strength, cardio endurance and agility.
Keep that momentum going with 10 crunches to tone your abs and strengthen your core. As an added challenge, he finishes with 20 knuckle push-ups that work his chest, shoulders, and triceps while also working his core and building stability.
